vision

TRINITY is not defined by a single address, but by a curated collection of three modern masterpieces. Each residence is a living creation, distinct in design yet united in vision, forming a composition played in three movements, a trilogy of architectural achievements, and three chapters of one lasting legacy. Together they form a gallery with three crown jewels, three original works in a shared collection, and three timeless pieces bound by one perfect unity.

THREE PILLARS, ONE VISION.

But TRINITY is more than architecture. It is an answer to a gap in Miami living. In this city, choices for those seeking more than a condo but less than a mansion are nearly nonexistent. Glass towers often lack bedrooms and multi-level layouts for growing families or multi-use living, while sprawling waterfront homes pull you away from walkable neighborhoods like the Design District, Buena Vista, Midtown, Wynwood, or Brickell. Multi-level residences over 3,000 square feet with more than three bedrooms are rare, and even the few that exist often lack defining features like private elevators, rooftop hot tubs and cold plunges, or floorplans that balance connection with privacy.

TRINITY was created to bridge that divide. Drawing from my experience in tech and Ty’s vision for middle housing, we set out to create homes that offer the scale and features of a luxury estate while keeping you in the urban core. These homes are not just for families. They can be startup headquarters, creative hubs, or multi-generational residences. The Founders have lived in spaces like the Agape House in the Bay Area alongside the Co-Founders of Asana (NYSE: ASAN), The Facebook Like Button, and Google Maps, and have seen firsthand how the right environment can spark innovation and connection. TRINITY brings that same spirit to Miami, reimagined for the city’s unique culture and energy.

THE AREA

Situated just steps from Buena Vista and Little Haiti, TRINITY stands at the intersection of Miami’s cultural heritage and its architectural future. Developed by CO2 Homes as the flagship in its Middle Housing product line and the first property in the Harris Towers portfolio, TRINITY is brought to life by Borges Architects led by Reinaldo Borges as architect of record, 64North as interior designer, Cetoute Design Group as general contractor, and Kobi Karp providing construction management. Our leadership and partners reflect Miami’s global character, with roots in Haiti, Cuba, Nigeria, and beyond, uniting diverse perspectives to create a landmark that belongs to the city and the world.
